Prioritising Activities for Article 6.2 - Development of Decision-making Tool for Pacific Alliance Countries and Ecuador 

The service provider will have the flexibility to structure the tool in the way that they consider most suitable to achieve the mandate and objectives of this assignment, within the allocated time (5 months). However, Gold Standard envisages that the assignment will unfold through the following key phases:

Phase I – Kick-off and Inception

Phase II – Engagement with Country Representatives

Phase III – Data and document collation

Phase IV – Development of Tool

El proveedor de servicios tendrá flexibilidad para estructurar la herramienta de la forma que considere más adecuada para lograr el mandato y los objetivos de esta consultoría, dentro del tiempo asignado (5 meses). No obstante, Gold Standard prevé que la consultoría se desarrolle a través de las siguientes fases clave:

Fase I - Puesta en marcha e inicio

Fase II - Compromiso con los representantes de los países

Fase III - Recopilación de datos y documentos 

Fase IV - Desarrollo de la herramienta
