Government Relations Manager
Gold Standard partners with governments in numerous ways, including as a delivery partner for grant-based programmes; a recognised standard within domestic carbon market schemes; and a strategic partner to promote and advocate for high-integrity approaches in environmental markets and sustainable finance. Our relationships with governments are expected to expand and deepen in the years ahead, and we're seeking a Government Relations Manager, to lead on this work. Deadline for submission 12 June 2022

Government and Multilateral Agencies
Reporting to the Gold Standard Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Development Manager, Government and Multilateral Agencies works closely with program teams to support the impact and growth of Gold Standard programs through grant funding from government and multilateral donors. The Development Manager will manage other members of the Development team, and will be responsible for related systems and processes.
Policy and Data Analyst
The Policy and Data Analyst will be responsible for tracking and mapping the latest developments in sustainable finance, environmental markets, and scope 3 reporting and standards metrics. The role will also help shape the development of a digital version of the Gold Standard for the Global Goals (GS4GG) Standard and research to support the application of GS4GG metrics to corporate funds thereby driving investments to sustainable outcomes.
The Programme Manager will support all Gold Standard sustainable development finance programmes and projects and help deliver their successful implementation. It is also expected that the Programme Manager will play a significant role in shaping the development of in-house digital programme management solution.

Working Group on Aligning with the Paris Agreement
Gold Standard is committed to aligning with the Paris Agreement, and is seeking experts to join Gold Standard’s new Working Group, to ensure the continued quality of credits issued, maintain integrity, and to provide technical inputs and expert advice on the design and development of revised rules of our standard Gold Standards for the Global Goals.

SENIOR HR OFFICER
We are looking for a Senior HR Officer who will bring experience and passion to advance the HR components within our organization. You will have a chance to co-shape and implement revised HR policies and procedures, and will be responsible for recruiting, training, development, performance evaluation etc. Additionally, you will support staff welfare planning and will contribute to making the foundation (with highly motivated and committed team) an even better place to work.
